What/Who is Tri-County Center for Independent Living?  

We are a not for profit organization that provides services to people with disabilities to enable them to live independently in their own homes.

What are our funding sources?

Since we are a not for profit organization, our monies come from general revenue, grants (whether it be State or Federal), Medicaid, and donations.

Are we a state agency?

No, we are a private not-for-profit, but we participate in state funded programs.

Do we build ramps or widen doors?

We have a service called Home Modification Program.  Through this program, IF funds are available, we can have a ramp built on your home, have doors widened, or even have grab bars put in or on your bathtub/shower and other needs modifications.  Must meet certain criteria.
